This is a blog about navigating life without a map
Welcome to the world in which we live. The bodies we inhabit have come to us from something called DNA, something over which we lack all control. Actually, this flesh draped over bones is a collective mass, which we have have come to embody. Irrespective of the chicken or the egg situation, here I am and there you are. My flesh happens to more pale than most and my hair and eyes are shaded brown. While I have a head full of hair, the remainder of exoskeleton is fairly hairless. While these are some of the things most others may see when they look at me, there is much more to me than these exterior "decorations" my DNA has bestowed upon me. My point is the same is true for all of us. How much do we truly know one another? Whereas as some of us say, we wear our hearts on our sleeves or that we think with our hearts and not our heads, others may be more reserved with their feelings. You might ask, where am I am going with all of this? My response is that I don't know, anymore than you do. I could die tomorrow and if I do, the blogpost which followed, would cause the not just the internet to crash, but the world would also grind to a halt.
